All services are delivered remotely.
3. Scope of Work
The scope of each project is defined by the selected package or mutually agreed written brief.
Any additional work outside the defined scope may require additional fees.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before project initiation unless
otherwise agreed in writing Payments are securely
processed via Stripe. After payment confirmation, the project is considered officially initiated.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revisions may be billed separately.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on project complexity and client response time. Final deliverables are provided digitally.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the services provided, refunds are not available once work has commenced.
If cancellation occurs before work begins, refund eligibility may be reviewed at the company´s discretion.
By completing payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide clear instructions, necessary materials and timely feedback. Delays in communication may impact project timelines.
9. Limitation of Liability
VeraSync-USA LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of delivered materials.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
